Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package/product issue. We will review and resolve with replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.

Opened Products

Opened, used, tampered, or improperly stored research materials cannot be returned.
